When I originally wrote "The Chocolate Therapist: A User's Guide to the Extraordinary Health Benefits of Chocolate," intuition told me that the book would take on a life of its own. From the beginning, I decided to give away a percentage of every book sold.
Over time, that first mini-donation program has expanded to include a percentage of every product sold through The Chocolate Therapist, LLC. I created The Dragyn Foundation to manage those contributions. Proceeds also now arrive from the generous donations of people who've purchased the book or gifts from The Chocolate Therapist website, friends and family.
There are no management fees or commissions paid to telemarketers or for advertisements. The entire Foundation is funded by The Chocolate Therapist, LLC, so the Foundation gives 100% of all proceeds to local and international projects. The foundation benefits organizations that support underprivileged children's causes around the world including hunger, shelter, education, medicine and poverty.
